CARA’s Annual Dinner 2022
St. Martin’s Church Hall, Hale Gardens
Friday September 16th, 7.30pm for 8pm

Welcome drink and nibbles on the tables
8pm (Served at the table)
- Giant dill blinis with horseradish cream, smoked salmon and rocket
- Vegetarian alternative with roast beetroot
8.30pm (Served buffet style)
- Beef Tagine
- Vegetable Tagine
- Hot new potatoes with parsley butter
- Mixed bean salad with black olives and cherry tomatoes
- Caesar salad with garlic croutons and anchovies
Talk, entitled ” Some famous people and Buildings of Ealing”
by Dr Jonathan Oates, who is the Archivist for the London Borough of Ealing and the author of more than 40 history books, a quarter of which deal with Ealing’s history, With an opportunity for questions..
Dessert to follow:
- Tangy lemon tart
- Chocolate torte
- Warm whisky bread and butter pudding, all served with cream

Sunday 10 July 1pm – 4pm Boules Afternoon at Springfield Bowls Club (entrance between 25 & 27 Western Gardens).
The Bar will be open.
You can play and/or watch the Boules, no experience needed.
Snacks will be provided. No need to book, just come along.
