8.00 Talk: “The Life and Times of Ealing Common” Jennifer Shipside of the Ealing Common Society
8.30 Three course Dinner by Camilla’s Cuisine
- Beef Carbonade on Potato and Celeriac Mash or
- Vegetarian Lasagne (if requested when booking)
RSVP by 26 January 2019. Places for the Dinner, including the first drink, cost £15.00 per person, paid in advance.

We will not be issuing tickets, but places for the dinner must be reserved by 26 January, either

The CARA Dinner this year is held in honour of the Rev Dr Nicholas Henderson, who is retiring from his position as vicar of St Martin’s Church. Following the dinner, Dr Henderson will give an illustrated talk entitled “Mysteries and Conspiracies”

Bill Bhogal the manager of Ealing Common Post Office died suddenly recently. He was a popular local figure so we are having a ‘Community Memorial’ for him in St Martin’s Church and Hall at 8pm on Friday 24th February. There is a general invitation to the local community to attend.
CARA member, Diana Braybrook, will be participating in Ealing’s first Art Trail on 16th-18th September. “I am delighted to be taking part in this exciting new initiative and will be showing some of my paintings, art cards and prints at my home”
