This section of the website includes information on the current Creffield Conservation Area, the Conservation Area review currently being undertaken and some design guidance for developers and home owners who work and live in the area.
Do I Need Planning Permission?
The Government’s Planning Portal details the situations where planning permission is needed, and the Ealing Council website has a large amount of information about how to apply for planning permission. Greater restrictions exist for conservation areas by law, and councils can impose additional conditions by adding an Article 4 to an area to give greater control over developments.
